About the Creator

Dr. Maribel Roman is an accomplished leader in education, program development, and workforce advancement, with a career dedicated to expanding access, opportunity, and mentorship. As Cofounder of the Florida Mentoring Network and President of the NAWIC Greater Palm Beach Chapter, she builds pathways that empower students, emerging professionals, and women in construction to grow with confidence and purpose. Her background spans international education initiatives, nonprofit development, and leadership training, shaped by her doctoral work at Seton Hall University and years of mentoring across diverse communities. Through Trust the Process, she brings her expertise in personal development, resilience, and skill‑building to guide learners toward meaningful, sustainable success.
